3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup freshly grated Romano Cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 slices Brioche
1 TBL. butter
sliced Swiss Cheese
Divine Tantalizing Tarragon in Champagne and Strawberries
Whisk the egg, milk, flour, Romano and nutmeg together until smooth. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Dip the slices of bread into the egg mixture until coated.
Add the butter to the pan and melt. Place the bread in skillet or on griddle and cook until browned on one side. Flip and top 2 slices of bread with the Swiss cheese. Put the ham on 2 slices, and the turkey on the last 2 slices. Grill the second side until browned, then make the sandwich by stacking a ham slice with a turkey slice, and topped with a plain slice.
Slice sandwich in half, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with a side of Divine Tantalizing Tarragon in Champagne and Strawberry jam.
